Pamper Yourself!

Let’s face it, we all have days where we just feel like crap. The stress of life is just eating away at you. You need to pamper yourself. Well, every problem has a solution. So whether you’re feeling stressed out or just not very pretty, here are a few ways you can spoil yourself a little.

1. Feeling stressed? Take a warm bath with aromatherapy crystals. Just taking a bath alone is a great stress reliever, but I bought Heart Song aromatherapy mineral bath (By Aura Cacia) from my local Wegman’s Grocery Store and it was amazing! I felt so nice and energized!
2. Feet bugging you? Try a Ped Egg! I kid you not! I got one for Christmas and it is amazing! My feet felt so soft after I used it. Follow up with some good smelling lotion. My personal favorite lotion is Le Couvent Des Minimes No. 105 Honey and Shea Moisturizing Body Milk Lotion. I bought some at Bath and Body Works a long time ago and was crushed when I couldn’t find it anymore. But now I just found some on so I’m happy now.
3. Sleepy? Take a nap or go to bed early. This is one of the easiest things you can do.
4. Exercise! Exercise is one of the best stress relievers. Not to mention, you won’t feel so guilty about eating that dessert.
5. Feeling cramped or trapped? Clean up! As you clean the space around you, you will find that you feel more at ease.
6. Not feeling very pretty? Plan a special trip to the mall and sample some makeup. You’ll be amazed the wonders a little makeup can do.
7. Feeling down in the dumps? Try singing along to some happy music!
8. Spend a little money at the salon. Maybe try something new with your hair, or just get yourself a manicure!
9. Curl up in a quiet place with some tea and a good book.
10. None of the above working for you? If you happen to have a bit of extra money, try treating yourself to a day at the spa! Don’t have the money? Do it at home! Treat yourself to a soothing facemask. Who knows, maybe you can even convince someone to give you a massage!
